This report summarizes and deconstructs the strategoes and methodoliges the AC+T department has undertaken thus far to further its 6 goals. It concludes that though the department has done much work in implementing and accomplishing these goals to start, it still has much work to sustain this work as it builds its city's creative sector. It incorporates the economics, and fiscal components of the city's art sector with relation to participation, demographics and market composition. The report also delves deeper into the philanthropic trends in art and culture, culture vitality models and case studies (in other cities), as well as connections to those studies.
